RETURNS: 
Arbortec will Accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, please contact us within 30 days from the receipt of original order. The items must be returned with all the Arbortec tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as shoe boxes and clothing boxes. Your Item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Arbortec is not responsible for any returned the shipping costs.

REFUNDS: 
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If the your return is approved, we will then issue a refund to your account.

FAULTS WITH ITEM: 
Arbortec will accept items that have issues if notified or returned to the head office within the warranty time. (Please Find the warranty periods below) The begin the returns process we will need the following details sent to info@arbortec.com
